HeartHunters story began in May 2014. We chose 8 Executives to take part in our Outplacement & HeartHunters Academy. To have them as a first candidates, to see them developing, sharing ideas, opinions and contacts, to hear from them how they are utilizing own networks and to celebrate with them finding of the new job has been valuable, priceless experience for ISG Finland. We are done with our job and former HeartHunters has evaluated the effect and output of our actions. Now, we are ready to help others. Our business is about helping people. Only jobs disappear, not the work and sometimes everybody needs a kick for a better future.

The Academy applies for everybody regard age, education and experiences. It is important to unite people with similar targets that they are able to create connections and support each other in job seeking process. Our Candidates were mentored by experienced Delivery Consultants during group and one to one meetings. Telephone, email and face to face assistance was working within all 3 months.  Individual approach to each candidate´s needs and desires was guaranteed. There were plenty of homework and exercises. Academy taught the candidates how to market themselves and being capable of seeing working opportunities out of published open positions. New Academies will take their place in November in Espoo and Oulu.

Great results were reached! The Academy got 67 points from calculating The NPS -Net Promoter, a customer royalty metric. Our candidates has agreed that the most beneficial was for them:

  • possibility to widen the network and to learn how to utilize own networks
  • that the Delivery Consultant was interested in them
  • PXT profile and group discussions, open atmosphere
  • the realization that “one” should proactively differentiate from a “standard” job seeking process and find own way of promoting itself
